Black Pepper Beef
Beef is a source of high-quality protein and needed nutrients. Consuming it will also help to strengthen and sustain body. It provides the body with protein, zinc, vitamins B12, B6, iron and selenium. Eating adequate amounts of it can build up strong muscles. It is essential for diabetics as diabetics tend to lose muscle mass fast.
Preparations: 15 to 30 minutes
Cooking time : 15 to 30 minutes
1 stick of carrot (diced)
1 stalked of celery (sliced)
1/2 cup dark soya sauce
1 tbsp black pepper ( crushed)
2 onions ( blend)
3 garlic ( blend)
1 cm ginger ( blend)
Spring onion ( sliced for garnishing)
Cut beef into small pieces. Wash and strain.
Heat up oil. Pour in blended items and fry till fragrant.
Add in meat, dark soya sauce and black pepper. Bring it to boil.
Simmer the mixture and put in the diced carrots and celery.
Put in salt for taste. You may add in extra black pepper too.
Garnish with spring onion and served.
